Short Background Story:

This is the Teaching that Buddha gave to his retinue included in which was Arhat Maudgalyayana.

མི་ཚེའི་ཉིན་མ་རེ་རེ་དོན་དང་ལྡན་པར་བྱས་ནས། མཐའ་གཉིས་སྤངས་པའི་དབུས་ལ་གནས་ན། མཐར་མི་ཚེའི་ནང་གི་དོན་དམ་པའི་བདེ་བ་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་རེད།

Sentence Translation:

Having made each day of a human life meaningful, if staying in the middle way which has abandoned the two extremes, at the end, [one] will be able to experience a human life’s ultimate bliss.

Word Translation:

རེ་རེ each,
དོན་དང་ལྡན་པ་ meaningful, lit. Endowed with the aim/goal/benefit/meaning,
མཐའ་གཉིས་ the two extremes, (ཡོད་མཐའ་ the extreme of existence, མེད་མཐའ་ extreme of non-existence)
སྒྲོ་འདོགས་ misconceptions, superimposition
རྟག་ལྟ་ eternalism, (འདི་ཚོ་དོན་དག་གཅིག་པ་རེད།)
སྐུར་འདེབས misinterpret, denigration, 
ཆད་ལྟ་ nihilism, (འདི་ཚོ་དོན་དག་གཅིག་པ་རེད།)
